Additional Comments
Their Kinship Navigator program (KN) is a component of the Child and Family Services Department at A Second Chance Inc. (ASCI). As such, it provides a mechanism for Allegheny County Office of Children, Youth and Families (the placing agency) to have our support from the onset of a case.
