Second Time Around Parents is a program for grandparents (and other relative caregivers) raising their grandchildren due to parental drug and alcohol or mental health problems. Services include separate educational and support groups for grandparents and grandchildren, counseling/case management, a stop-in center for grandparents and opportunities for socialization for grandparents and their grandchildren
