Welcome to Better Kid Care! Better Kid Care's On Demand system provides online professional development courses anytime you are ready to learn.
Registration for On Demand is separate from any online state registry system.
To begin an online training course, select "Sign In for Online Courses." If you have completed courses through Better Kid Care in the past, sign in to your existing account; if not, select the "Create an Account" button on the sign-in page.
State specific information
Most Better Kid Care online courses are approved by Minnesota Achieve to meet professional development requirements.
Completions of approved courses are usually reported to Minnesota Develop within 15 days from the Certificate of Completion date by Better Kid Care. Provide an accurate Minnesota Develop ID and enter a Minnesota Business (Work) zip code in your On Demand profile to ensure your completed approved courses are reported. For questions about your registry ID, contact the Develop help desk at support@develophelp.zendesk.com.

As part of Minnesota Achieve's (Develop) commitment to quality professional development, all approved courses must be renewed periodically. This year, many of our courses are up for renewal. During the renewal process, courses are expired, reviewed by Achieve staff, and then undergo revision as needed. The time for the renewal process will vary because some courses may take longer to revise than others.
Courses will be temporarily removed from Better Kid Care On Demand approved course listings until revisions are completed and accepted. If a course is completed while it is in the renewal process, attendance cannot be verified until after it is renewed by Minnesota Achieve (Develop). Please check the expiration date of events and courses before starting a course. If a course is near expiration, consider taking another course or be sure to complete the course before the expiration date.
