EAT Family Style Module 4: Self-Regulation in Eating: Self-regulation is children's ability to respond appropriately to situations by managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This course provides strategies to support and encourage children's self-regulation abilities. (K7.13 C2, CDA1) 2 hours

EAT Family Style Module 5: Children Serve Themselves: Allowing children to serve themselves is recommend by many national entities. During self-service, children develop fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and learn to understand size, shape, and weight concepts. (K7.13 C2, CDA1) 2 hours

EAT Family Style Module 6: Praise and Rewards: In this course, you will learn how to encourage children to try new foods and eat healthy foods by effectively using praise and non-food rewards as alternatives to food rewards. (K7.13 C2, CDA1) 2 hours
