November is associated with gratitude. As we reflect back on 2022, we remember the loss of someone very special to us and the early care and education community, Dr. James (Jim) Van Horn, educator and founder of Better Kid Care.
Dr. Van Horn's birthday month was also November, so as we celebrate and remember, we would like to reshare an older article on parenting that still holds true today.
The last sentence in the article says, "Love your children unconditionally, but with love and limits. What does love look like? Think safety, health, nutrition, and play."
