In this lesson youth development professionals serving children from ages 5 through 18 will learn intentional communication techniques to use to create a welcoming and inclusive community of multi-age learners. Youth development professionals will also learn how to foster positive interactions among youth through teaching and practicing group limit setting, stress management, and conflict resolution skills.
