Really great caregivers don't have all the answers to children's questions. They turn those questions around to get children thinking and exploring. This lesson offers ways to help children develop their reasoning and problem solving skills. (2 hours)
Objectives
- Participants will be able to describe three ways they can help children to learn cognitive problem solving skills.
- Participants will be able to talk about the importance of asking children open ended questions.
- Participants will be able to discuss two things they can do to help children solve some of their own social problems.
