- Participants will be able to analyze their own temperament to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
- Participants will be able to understand underlying problems when there isn't a "goodness of fit" for temperaments of those in a group.
- Participants will be able to recognize strengths in all temperaments and adjust expectations to meet each child's needs.
