This page contains information regarding all the initiatives encompassed with the New and Beginning Teacher Program. The Center for Professional Personnel Development strives to meet the needs of young teachers to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions for a successful career in agricultural education. The New & Beginning program is for agriculture teachers in their first three years of service in Pennsylvania. The program is comprised of both in person and virtual events that assist new teachers in developing skills and competencies in a supportive, professional learning community.
