CEDEV Summer 2016 Webinar Series

Civic Engagement Webinar 1 – July 21, 12pm-1pm (EST) : This webinar is intended to provide participants with an overview of effective community engagement.  The webinar will  focus on defining engagement and why it matters, engagement types and goals, guiding principles and core competencies, key concepts and strategies for improving processes and outcomes.

Civic Engagement Webinar 2 – August 11, 12pm-1pm (EST) : This webinar will focus on two or more case studies of community engagement efforts, with discussion on the engagement methods and strategies used. Also, the challenges faced by integrating key community engagement approaches into the community work.
