All CEDEV MPS students are required to complete a two-part Scholarship and Research Integrity (SARI) training program. The SARI program was designed to provide responsible conduct of research (RCR) education for Penn State master’s and doctoral students.
The program is designed to include both interdisciplinary and program-specific RCR content. It utilizes a multilevel approach, incorporating both online and discussion-based training, and will be informative and engaging for all students, regardless of type of degree, program, or discipline. More information can be found on the Penn State SARI program website.
The first part of the training is accessing online modules administered by the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI). MPS students will cover the details for completing the SARI requirement while taking CEDEV 580. Please contact the CEDEV program for additional information and instructions.
