John has managed the CSIS Project for more than 25 years. He received his Ph.D. in Community Studies from Penn State University and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning. He is employed by Penn State University as a Research Associate, where his research focuses on low-income assistance and energy conservation programs.
Research Interests
Energy conservation and policy, community and economic development, organizational behavior, low income assistance programs and policy.
