Project description:  For this USDA-funded project, the study team is using retailer-based and household-based food-purchase data to estimate consumers' valuation for foods with "local" and/or "organic" product attributes. More specifically, the team will use geo-spatial identifiers to see how these valuations vary across urban, suburban, and rural households.
