Toolkit for surveying and mapping local/regional food system assets now available

Looking for ways to better understand your local food system? A new toolkit, developed by Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County, may be used to support projects seeking to acquire a more robust understanding of local/regional food system assets.

The toolkit, free and open to the public, includes a detailed tutorial which lays out a process for surveying and mapping food system components through the use of downloadable and customizable survey models. Please feel free to share with your networks!
