"Local food systems and interactions with entrepreneurship" is topic of special journal issue

The Journal of Food Distribution Research dedicated its November 2014 issue to exploring how food entreprenuers are affecting their local food systems. The set of six case studies featured was prepared for the National Agricultural and Rural Development Policy Center themed collection on local food systems and interactions with entrepreneurship.
