Hannah Whitley is a dual-title Ph.D. Candidate of Rural Sociology and Human Dimensions of Natural Resources and the Environment at Pennsylvania State University. She is a NIFA Pre-doctoral Fellow, the founder of the Female Farmer Photovoice Project, the Ag in the Basin Photovoice Project, and a former research assistant for the Water for Agriculture project
