About me:

My main research interests are in the area of water economics. I am particularly interested in the topics related to the economic value of water and water scarcity management including resource reallocation using market mechanisms, adaptation to climate change, and analysis of water law and policy. My current work emphasizes on water rights trading in the western U.S. region and the role of water markets in adapting to the impacts of climate change on water supply including the analysis of price efficiency and welfare aspects of the markets.
